Regular Shipping (Within Australia):

  • Express Shipping Cost: $12.95

  • Order Processing Times

    • Standard Orders: All standard orders, including regular product purchases, are processed and shipped within 7 days of payment clearing. We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

    • Custom-Made Products (Remakes): Please note that custom-made products, such as remakes, may require additional processing time. These unique items are crafted by hand to your specifications. Due to the meticulous craftsmanship involved and potential high demand, custom-made products could take up to 3 weeks to be processed. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure the quality and individuality of these items.

  • COVID-19 and Shipping Delays: Due to the impact of COVID-19 and carrier-related delays, there may be occasions where shipping delays extend to 14 days or longer.

  • Shipping Carriers: We utilise the services of Australia Post for our Express shipping.

Overseas Orders:

  • Processing Time: All overseas orders are processed within 7 days of payment clearing.

  • Customs and Duties: Please be aware that we accept no responsibility for customs delays, and it's the buyer's responsibility to cover any duties and taxes associated with overseas orders.
