Return Policy

At The Lip Lab, we prioritise the quality and satisfaction of our customers. Please review our return policy below:

  1. No Returns After Product Leaves Our Warehouse: We do not accept any returns once the product has left our warehouse.

  2. Hygiene and Health Reasons: Due to the nature of cosmetic products, particularly for health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns. Please choose your products carefully.

  3. Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will gladly replace or refund it, subject to availability.

  4. Quality Control Assessment: Any returned item will be processed by our quality control department, and we will respond with a resolution as soon as possible. The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for used items.

  5. Shipping Costs: Please note that the shipping cost for returns is not covered until our quality control department assesses the product.

  6. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please email us within 24 hours of delivery sign-off at accounts@theliplab.com.au. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for returning the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

  7. Colour Accuracy: While we make every effort to accurately display colours on our website, please be aware that screen monitors may vary. As a result, we cannot guarantee that colours will be an exact match.
